WP 1 Management

AIM of effective project management cycle is activities implementation and timely deliverance of quality results. Project is coordinated from single centre to achieve quality of financial, resourceful, technical, logistical and timely implementation and avoid possible misunderstandings.
Partner Communication: Regular and daily communication via telephone, e-mail, web between project partners and with implementation of project coordination meetings. The Coordinator is in charge of constant supervision of all implemented project activities on a local and international level of all project partners.
