WP 3 Energy efficiency strategy and action plans

AIM of the work is to:

• Prepare Energy Efficiency strategy for 24.000 homes
• Prepare Energy Efficiency action plan for RCHEP
• Adoption of EE strategy & action plan by E.D.E. general board

E.D.E. RCHEP in 18 European countries and 23 national associations joined under E.D.E. initiative. The aim of E.D.E. association is the promotion of co-operation of national association and corresponding national institutions of care for elder people as well as their representation on a European level. One of the most important goals of E.D.E. is to exchange knowledge and experiences between 24.000 RCHEP. Improving energy efficiency is not yet one of the top priorities, but this project will bring energy efficiency at the top of E.D.E. priorities. This can be achieved with help of prepared recommendations, trainings, seminars and dissemination activities showing the management, employees and residents the savings that can be achieved.
